Terms of Service

Streamer Scaler is an online analytics service operated by Matthew Jaksevicius, 51 Beresford Hill Dromore. Questions about these terms can be sent to jakseviciusmatthew@gmail.com.

You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your Google or Twitch account secure, and notify us promptly if you believe your Streamer Scaler account has been compromised. You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally able to enter this agreement.

Streamer Scaler imports data made available through Twitch's official APIs and produces analytics and derived recommendations. Estimates, forecasts and growth scores are directional tools, not guarantees of audience growth, income or Twitch status.

Streamer Scaler is not affiliated with or endorsed by Twitch. Your use of Twitch remains subject to Twitch's own terms.

The Pro subscription includes a seven-day free trial and then renews monthly at the price displayed during Checkout, plus any applicable tax. Stripe processes payments. By starting a subscription, you authorise recurring charges until cancellation.

We will clearly display the trial length, recurring price and billing frequency before you confirm Checkout.

You may cancel at any time through Settings → Manage billing. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until that date. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for cooling-off and refund information.

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, scrape protected areas, evade usage limits, reverse engineer security controls, upload malicious material, or use the service unlawfully.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may make reasonable changes for security, legal compliance or product improvement. If a material change negatively affects a paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

We own Streamer Scaler's software, design and original content. You retain rights in your content and channel data. You grant us only the rights needed to process that data and provide the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to those rights, Streamer Scaler is provided for informational and planning purposes and we are not responsible for business decisions made solely from derived recommendations.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, serious misuse or legal compliance. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in United Kingdom. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights and may bring proceedings in any courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
